Topics of Interest While our website does not follow the traditional theme approach that most of our competitors tout, we do try to maintain a specific focus of topics for the articles/news that we place on the marketplace. Categories can be found here and these are the ones that we believe are most viable for the marketplace. The topic must be specifically related to these categories or issues that are important to our readership. It is not our intent to define boundaries for our authors but to help inspire ideas that might never have been considered otherwise. As long as your submission meets our quality standards, we support you 110%. This is to your advantage as well because if your content is not useful to our readers, they will not buy it and you will not make any money.

Get your Content published on GotWebMojo.com & Make Money for Your Efforts!
Our goal is to build the largest and most diverse collection of 100% ownership transferable content available on the web today.
Here are some general guidelines to follow when submitting content to GotWebMojo.com:
- We favor Informative and fresh content that clients can buy to use as they wish. Success Stories, How-To pieces, Interviews, and News Items are needed as well. When you submit content to us, you are giving us the ability to sell the rights to your content to a single client. So if you submit an article for example, we will sell it to a single client and the ownership rights to the article will transfer to the client. You will receive payment for each piece sold through the Mojo Content Marketplace.
- Please don't use the articles to pitch or promote your product or web page. Use the GWM community for this purpose.
- Content submitted to GWM MUST be 100% unique and exclusively submitted to us. We will verify that the piece is your own and that it is not being used anywhere else. Plagarism or fraud will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- GWM will not edit your content. You are responsible for grammatics and professionalism. Content that contains errors will not be accepted.
- Please refer to our Contributor Guidelines for additional information.
Where Do I Start?
GWM Profile Please make sure that you are an active member of the GWM Community. This will enable prospective clients to learn more about you prior to purchasing your content. General information useful for your profile should include the following:
- A Photo of you on your profile is required.
- Your name (as you want it presented). Pen names/aliases are allowed.
- The name of your company/employer and their URL.
- Your exact job title at that employer.
- Your Personal Website and/or Portfolio URL.
- A memorable quote (something specifically YOU said that you feel may be of value to our readers).
- Your current geographical location (city, state, country).
- Put links to your work(s) for sale in the Mojo Content Marketplace on your profile and other social networking sites as well. The more you market your work, the higher your chances are of succeeding.
Setting Pricing for Content You should establish your own pricing for your content. The amount charged should be in line with current industry work-for-hire rates. Keep in mind that you are selling the ownership rights to your content which is of value as well. However, if you charge too much, clients will be discouraged from acquiring your work. A general rule of thumb is for a 500+ word article, $20.00 or higher should be charged while a 250 word blog entry may only fetch $10.00. The important thing to consider at all times is whether or not a publisher will be willing to buy your content or not. Use common sense and remain professional and you can potentially earn a lot of money. If an article take an hour to write for example, and you with to earn $20/hour, then setting pricing in this range is acceptable. As you market your work and publishers get to know you, your value will increase to them and you can bein increasing your rates. The average blog entry pricing should be around $10-$50 while articles, interview, how-to's, etc. should be priced between $15-$200 each depending on length, content, etc.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of $10 must be charged for any content sold on GWM.
Compensation When your content is sold on GWM, payments are collected from clients on your behalf. GWM will process the order and insure that the client receives the purchased content. You will receive payment for each piece sold based on your set-pricing less a 15% fee to GWM. The 15% payment to GWM is for administrative and sales costs incurred in selling your content on our system. Payments are disbursed via Paypal (you must have an active Paypal account) on the 15th of every month for all sales received the prior month. So for example if you sell 10 pieces at $30 each in July, you will receive $300 less 15% ($45 to GWM) = $255 total on the 15th of August. Keep in mind that the more content you create, the better your chances of increasing your income become. It's important too that you create high quality and fresh content so that clients become familiar with your work and continue to purchase from you as your reputation grows.
